Are you a Team Assistant with secretarial / PA experience gained within the financial services sector?
Do you enjoy working in a professional, fast-paced and client facing environment?
Our client is a leader in Financial Services and is looking for a true team player free to support an MD and small team.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Managing busy diaries and inboxes
- Liaising with clients and coordinating meetings
- Organising client hospitality
- Travel arrangements
- Handling invoices and expenses
- CRM tasks, Desk admin
The skills you need to bring:
- Solid Team Assistant (PA) experience, ideally from Financial Services sector
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Team player and a sense of humour
- Positive self-starter
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Strong MS Office skills
