Soft FM facilitates all university key events, such as graduation and open days and ensures areas are prepared for other events such as receptions and summer conferences.Soft FM Services is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Team Clean Supervisor to join our busy team.Duties of the RoleThis role is responsible for managing a team of Cleaners and Caretakers, who work within the residential estate at our Colchester campus. The post holder will have a keen eye for detail, will be computer literate, and will have experience managing a team of semi-skilled staff. You will part of a larger supervisory team working across our academic, administrative, and residential estate.Appointment to this post will be made on a full-time (38 hours per week) permanent basis to be worked as required within the working operational window of 5.30am - 8pm (Monday to Friday) and 5am – 2pm (Saturday and Sunday) 5 days in 7 days.
