Job Overview
Ings Grove House is an intermediate care facility, meaning we specialise in supporting individuals transitioning from hospital care. Working alongside Health colleagues, we offer short-term care, providing focused rehabilitation and assistance to promote independence and recovery.
As a Team Co-ordinator at Ings Grove House, you'll play a key role in shaping the care experience for our residents and supporting our committed team of care professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to residents, meeting their individual needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring they align with regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members, promoting continuous professional development.
- Monitor and evaluate care practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Act as a liaison between residents, their families, and the wider care team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrable experience or ability to lead a team within a care setting.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or be willing to work towards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A compassionate and person-centred approach to care leadership.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the care sector.
