A brilliant opportunity for an experienced EA to support fast-paced team within Financial Services. You will have a strong background in managing diaries across global timezones, coordinating complex travel, processing expenses and other secretarial support.

Financial Services experience is essential for this role.
THE ROLE:

• Complex diary management across timezones with a "two steps ahead" approach 
• Attending meetings and taking minutes
• Preparing agenda's, presentations and reports 
• Expenses
• Organising travel globally including visa's, intineraries 
• Handling and formatting documentation
• Supporting with events
• Covering for other EAs as needed 

THE PERSON

• 3+ years experience within an EA role supporting multipe people in Financial Services 
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proactive, with a "can-do" attitude
• Hands-on and happy to assist wherever needed
