BVS are currently looking for a Team Leader to support our case management team within our Bolton office. Becoming a Team Leader means that you’ll play a key part in managing a team dedicated to the management of Specialist claims for numerous clients. So, you need to come to us with a strong claims background, and the appetite to lead a team in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment.

What will your day look like:

• Ownership and oversight of the claims handling team, including management of team workload
• Development of claims handers to achieve client SLAs via support and coaching
• Ensure a high level of staff engagement
• Attend Client Review Meetings where appropriate
• Conducting regular performance and audit reviews, include annual PDR’s
• Managing case manager and first response absences
• Continuous improvement focus leading excellent customer service and technical delivery of property claims
• Ensure Key Performance Indicator targets are reached and maintained
• Manage client communications and perform weekly reporting elements

Abilities And Knowledge:

· Proven experience within a similar role leading a team, ideally within property claims industry

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· The ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets

· A proactive attitude and an enthusiastic approach
