Team Leader (REF:KSL002)
Salary: £17,199.36 (£22,329 pro rata) (9 month secondment)
Hours: 28.5 per week (see working pattern below)
Location: Kingsbridge and Salcombe Libraries
Closing date: 9am on Monday 22nd January 2024
Interview date: 1st February 2024 at Kingsbridge Library
We are looking for a Team Leader, for a fixed term (up to 9 months) secondment, to join our friendly team working at Kingsbridge and Salcombe Libraries.
You will support the Library Supervisor in delivering an innovative, customer-focused, high-quality service. As a frontline leader, you'll guide the Customer Service Assistants to ensure excellent services and customer care daily.
Additionally, you'll collaborate with other libraries and teams across the organisation as needed. You will need to be able to deliver Bounce & Rhyme and other children's activities.
