We’re hiring! We’re searching for a passionate Team Leader to join our friendly team in our Melmerby (HG4 5NB) warehouse. In this busy role, you will ensure the team comply with health, safety and environmental procedures and standards at all times and maintain high standards of housekeeping. You will be responsible for leading a team of people to deliver high standards in all operational activities within their area of control as well as motivating the team to achieve and exceed all internal and external customer expectations and productivity targets and to ensure effective communication is achieved with the team and other personnel.
You will also be responsible for sorting and issuing team rotas and manual handling. This is a full time, permanent position, 37.5 hours per week. The working hours are 18:00-02:00.
