We are working with a well-established and highly regarded children's residential care provider. This provider is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and young people by creating a safe and nurturing environment in their Children s Residential Homes, where children can thrive and reach their full potential.
As a Team Leader, your role encompasses:

• Leading and delivering direct care in a residential setting, setting a high standard for support and guidance.
• Fostering a secure and nurturing environment that encourages positive relationships and a strong sense of belonging.
• Empowering personal growth, independence, life skills, and responsible decision-making.
• Advocating for education, assisting with studies, and instilling a lifelong love for learning.
• Collaborating with colleagues and professionals, ensuring a holistic approach and open communication for comprehensive care.
• Maintaining precise records in accordance with regulations and organizational policies.
• Sharing your expertise through team meetings, training sessions, and supervision, contributing to the professional growth of the team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential care, especially in a leadership or senior role, is advantageous.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, nurturing positive relationships with children, colleagues, and external experts.
• Resilience, poise, and a composed demeanor in challenging scenarios.

• Minimum age requirement of 21 years (as per legislative stipulations).
