Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Supervise and train junior Customer Care representatives
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools
