Options Autism are currently hiring a Day Team Leader in the Scunthorpe region!
Role: Team Leader - Days
Salary:Up to £28,971.58 per annum (dependant on experience/qualifications)
Hours: Full-time; Permanent (43 hours per week - 7 day rota pattern)
Location: Wressle, nr Broughton, Lincolnshire

The Opportunity
Our next Days Team Leaderwill be someone who has:
- Mandatory: NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care - Adults or equivalent
- Experience of working in a similar setting
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation
- Experience of leading and motivating teams
- Ability to effectively train individuals and groups
Options Autism are recruiting a Days Team Leader to join our team based in the North Lincolnshire region.
Watermill is a specialist service, rated CQC Outstanding, which offers high quality support for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities.

We are based in Wressle and are within commutable distance of Scunthorpe, Brigg, Winterton and surrounding villages and towns.
