Main Duties:
- Creating a booking spreadsheet from trackers for jobs due that month
- Management of a tracker on system of data for property/construction clients
- Running a small team of 3-4 call handlers, admin staff
- Delegating daily admin tasks, emails, booking jobs etc
- Delivering targets and KPI's to the team
- Must have Team Leading experience within a office environment
- Call Centre experience would be ideal
- Construction industry experience would be a bonus
- Excellent Customer Service experience
- Driven and motivation
- Must be able to drive due to location
- Must have Excel knowledge basis or immediate level
