Help to change lives in West Dunbartonshire.
We are looking to recruit a new Team Leader for Libraries to encourage reading, inspire creativity and support lifelong learning across our communities.
Responsible for all aspects of strategic planning and operational delivery of the service, you will identify development opportunities and implement the changes necessary for continual service improvement.
You will work collaboratively with a variety of Council colleagues, as well as local communities, third-sector organisations and national stakeholders to help achieve strategic objectives in line with local and national priorities.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate detailed professional knowledge of the sector coupled with a proven record of leading and motivating teams to deliver customer-focused services with measurable outcomes. An enthusiastic innovator with excellent communication skills, you will represent West Dunbartonshire in a multitude of environments, helping to ensure a local voice in national conversations.
