We are extremely excited to launch our new Neighbourhood Housing Management Model across our operating areas of Liverpool, Warrington, and St Helens. This model has been devised to enhance the way our services are delivered and to ensure we are more responsive to tenants needs through spending more time in our Torus neighbourhoods. To achieve this, we are investing significant investment and additional resources in our Neighbourhoods team with the aim of creating more manageable patch sizes and restoring the personal link between tenants and their Neighbourhood Officer.

This is a great opportunity to be part of the Housing Management Service based in the Warrington Neighbourhood Team.
As one of two Neighbourhood Team Leaders you will report to the Area Housing Manager and will lead a team Neighbourhood Officers, a Tenancy Officer and Neighbourhood Assistant delivering a range of tenancy and estate management services ensuring that tenancies are managed in accordance with policies, procedures, and targets.
You must be confident and knowledgeable to lead the team in all aspects of tenancy and estate management including anti-social behaviour and can prioritise, make decisions in a fast-paced environment with a sound understanding of Housing legislation, Regulatory and Compliance requirements.
Acting as an ambassador for Torus building relationships with our tenants and a range of different agencies is a key part of this role with the aim of delivering exceptional housing management services.
This is an important role in which you will:
- You will be required to manage performance, ensure success measures and targets are met and drive continuous improvement.
- You will work collaboratively across the business and work closely with ASB lead to manage the handling of ASB and escalation cases for enforcement action.
To be successful in this role you will:
- A proven ability of delivering a high standard of customer service tailored to individual needs and responding promptly to queries, concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience within the social housing sector and a track record of achievement and ambition is essential.
