4Leisure Recruitment are working exclusively with The Royal Parks, London. We are recruiting for Team Leaders / Duty Managers to lead the Operational Team within the Boating & Swimming provision, at Hyde Park Boat House, Regents Park & Serpentine Lido.
  
As Team Leader, you will lead in the day-to-day operational supervision of the venues. To lead and manage the operational teams for the water-based leisure services in Hyde Park (boating), The Regents Park (boating) and The Serpentine (swimming) under the direction of the Leisure General Manager.
  
You’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, overseeing the customer journey ensuring each area is working in sync to ensure a fantastic journey for each visitor. You will lead from the front, deploy your team and step in where required to ensure the venues consistently operate at peak standards. As a key-holder, you will be opening & closing the venues, therefore we ideally want highly responsible people and pro-active leaders accountable for our globally renowned venues.
  
The Open Water Lifeguard qualification is required for this role, if you do not hold this at present, do not worry, we can give you the training providing you hold an active NPLQ qualification.
On offer is a salary up to £29,120 (pro-rata) which will increase in April 2024 in line with London Living Wage. This is a seasonal fixed term position, running until October 2024. On top of the competitive basic, this is a 36 hours per week position with 26 days annual leave (pro-rata) for this amazing and unique opportunity.
