An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a vibrant, driven planning team based in a beautiful market town location in the heart of South-West Surrey countryside, yet with very easy access to London and the coast via rail and road.
You will be an effective communicator with strong negotiating, leadership, and motivational skills.
This is chance to expand and build on your experience whilst having the opportunity to support your officers in delivering a rewarding range of complex planning applications in some of the most beautiful parts of southern England. Directing a team of experienced planning officers through a journey of deliverable targets with a high performance thrust objective of customer satisfaction.
You will have strong people skills, being able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with officers, customers, and partners to ensure targets are met whilst supporting your team members to be the best they can be.
This post is a full-time role. However, all applications will be considered.
