We have an exciting opportunity in our Road Operations team to lead service delivery of repair and maintenance of capital expenditure projects. You will have well developed leadership skills and relevant qualifications and experience across a range of operational road repairs, maintenance and new road delivery. The service has invested significantly in new plant and equipment to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the service.
You will have a good understanding of Road Operations in a local authority context, customer communication, project management and able to deliver excellent customer service to a high standard of quality. You will be IT literate and experienced in using Microsoft software packages, able to rapidly adapt to service specific software applications and make or lead suggestions for improvements.
A full current UK driving licence is required and ability to work outdoors in various locations and terrain.

Based on you working 36 hours over 52 weeks per year the minimum actual salary for this position is £36,311.02 per annum.
