We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join the Support Team. You will contribute to the management of the Support Team and the provision of a responsive and high quality living service, provide effective support and supervision for staff in order to achieve full contract and regulatory compliance and deliver an effective, focused supported living service. If you have a passion for supporting Young People to improve their lives and move on into independence, this may be the role for you.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Key working, risk assessment and support planning
- Experience of Supervising staff
- Experience of working with services user with mental health challenges
- Experience of coordinating an activity programme/life skills programme
- Knowledge of regulatory framework for social care and housing management
- Good knowledge of the benefits system
- Knowledge of managing resources and efficiency/saving
- Good IT skills
Staff will work on a rota basis working one weekend in five and being on call one week in four (on call enhancement of £200 per week whilst on call).
Normal Shifts are 8am - 4pm & 1.30pm - 9.30pm
Full time (37.5 hrs p/w)
