Location: Petts Wood Office
Hours of Work: 07:00 to 16:30 / 08:30 to 18:00

Job Summary / Purpose:
Team Leader /Billing consultant on the Temp Desk.
Responsible for own geographical area and to engage and drive the team in meeting the needs of all clients and candidatesby providing high quality, ethical and profitable recruitment services.
Providing support and training to the existing staff to motivate and inspire.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Business development , maximize profitability of the desk and increase client base
- Meet financial, KPI and general activity targets
- Pro-actively call clients to promote and book available candidates
- Carry out sales calls, visits, e-marketing and mail shot activities to identify and win new
- business
- Monitor and control advertising content to ensure strong flow of candidates
- Ensure CRM is kept accurate and up to date
- Responsible for meeting overall team forecast targets
- Identify leads for group agreements, SLAs, tenders and other client agreements to management
- Negotiate pricing as required
- Monitor and control advertising content across team to ensure strong flow of applicants
- Aid individual team members in meeting and exceeding forecast for their desk billing
- Review processes, procedures and systems and implement improvements
- Mange the staff and day to day cover of the desk - ensure team absences are covered as required
- Attend management meetings as required
