Job Description
- Lead and motivate a team of Production Operators to achieve goals
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Drive a culture of quality and compliance in all manufacturing processes
- Provide hands-on leadership and guidance on the shop floor
- Overseeing daily operations on the manufacturing line.
- Implementing strategies to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating with other Team Leaders and management.
- Troubleshooting technical issues promptly.
- Training and mentoring team members.
- Reporting on production metrics to senior management.
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve company objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Team Leader should have:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader within an FMCG environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage a team
- In-depth knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical knowledge is relevant to the manufacturing sector.
