Randstad are on the recruiting for multiple Team Managers for Social Workers to join the Lambeth Council's in the Children Looked After team. This is a contract role is offering hybrid working schedules and is offering a fantastic Pay rate of £44.50 per hour

About the role:
Manage a team of up to 6 SW. who will need to complete Needs Assessments and Pathway Plans for Children and Young People in the Leaving Care Service.
Managing the KPIs for Children Looked After and providing a high quality service.
Ensuring that children's care and development needs are met within placements by undertaking necessary placement management, planning and intervention.
The minimum requirements for this role are:
Hold a Social Work qualification & registered with social work England.
Experience of management in Children's services and children in care and children leaving care.
Enhanced DBS.
Be able to demonstrate good understanding of children in care and leaving care legislation.
