You'll be leading the team, building solid relationships within the service and with their partners. Your aim to further carry their continued improvement, and deliver best possible outcomes. Your leadership will extend to providing quality supervision to Assistant Team Managers, empowering them to collaborate positively with social workers, families, and young individuals.
The team uses the ever popular Family Safeguarding Model, which brings together a diverse group of professionals – social workers, domestic abuse workers, recovery workers, and mental health workers – all under one roof. The result? A collaborative effort to assess and address the comprehensive needs of families, delivering targeted and effective support.
