Team Manager, £50ph, CP, Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Team Manager to join the transitions to support the continued development of our response to CP concerns. Based in the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub the role will reach across services to provide oversight of the Child Protection pathway, ensuring children receive the right support at the right time. In additional to operational tasks the role will be responsible for quality assuring practice and data analysis that supports our understanding of threshold application for strategy discussions, s47 investigations and Child Protection Conferences.
The successful candidate will work in partnership with key agencies and services to develop practice and contribute to future service design and must have extensive experience in the Child Protection Arena, demonstrating confidence and skill when apply thresholds and legal frameworks. Prior experience of Quality Assurance and practice improvement will be beneficial.
