We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join our highly functioning management team at Clayfields House.

Clayfields House is a Local Authority Secure Children’s Home and is part of Nottinghamshire County Council. We are a national resource providing secure care, education and specialist interventions for up to 20 vulnerable young people between 10 and 18 years of age.
The role of the Team Manager is fast paced requiring a person who is a confident multitasker and decision maker who is able to support, inspire and lead their team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children and young people.
Experience dealing with external stakeholders and professionals including parents and carers and chairing meetings and reviews for our young people to enable them to achieve positive outcomes is essential. This role requires you to understand and respond effectively to safeguarding concerns, respond to quality assurance framework and tools.
You must have a minimum of 3 years management experience in social care, criminal justice, residential or other relevant service.
