Overview:

Souffle Baby Newcastle is a unique concept that combines the best of a dessert cafe, and a coffee shop. We are hoping to open our operations within the next 4/5 weeks. We will be offering an extensive menu of delicious desserts brought to you from the Far East, as well as a wide selection of bubble tea, coffee, and tea drinks. Whether you're looking for a quick refreshing drink or some Japanese Souffle Pancakes, we have something for everyone.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized environment. If you have a passion for the restaurant industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare Japanese Souffle Pancakes according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food assembly and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow proper food safety procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food preparation setting is required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Westgate Road, NE1 4AE (Opposite Kaspas in town)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
