Our client is a leading climate change organisation and they need a ready-to-go PA to support a small, busy team for at least 3 weeks – starting 8 May.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Coordinating diaries, meetings and travel
• Liaising with overseas offices
• Creating reports, presentations and correspondence
• Liaising with internal and external contacts at all levels
• Organising lunches, dinners and conference calls

The skills you need to bring:

• Strong corporate PA experience
• High attention to detail
• Adaptability
• A flexible attitude
• Advanced MS Office
• Strong communicator
