South West London (4days office based)
£45,000 - £65,000 - Depending of experience
You will be responsible for providing full administration support the the Legal & Compliance team. You have experience working in a similar role, either Law firm, or within an inhouse Legal/Compliance team.
THE ROLE:
- Extensive diary management, across multiple times zones
- Light event planning for small inhouse/offsite team gatherings and client entertainment
- Extensive travel coordination across the Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting and Operations Teams (both domestic and international) / keeping the central Travel Planner updated for all partners
- Work with Assistant teams across our global offices in London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Istanbul to schedule internal/external meetings.
- Assist in on-boarding new hires on respective teams (i.e., communicating office policies and best practices, helping new joiners navigate the office and meeting rooms
- Obtaining signatures on various legal documents, mainly using SignNow.
- Arranging for the Notarisation and Legalisation of documents.
- Support with implementing new process as well as other ad hoc duties
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar administrative capacity, of which much have some exposure to Legal/Compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through
- Must have excellent judgement and be able to prioritise as well as multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
- Comfortable working with individuals at all organisational levels
- Highest level of integrity, professionalism and discretion required.
- Team player with a positive attitude
