Team Secretary

First Choice are recruiting for a Team Secretaryneeded to work in the Ballymoney Area for the Children & Young People’s Division. The successful applicant will be working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with a rate of pay of £11.11 per hour. We can offer an immediate start for a position that is set to last at least 6 months with the likelihood of extension. You will be working in a busy department undertaking secretary duties for the department.

Duties:

• Duties will include working with other team secretaries to ensure the smooth running of the department.

• Diary management for the team on both a business and personal level

• Answering telephones

• Taking notes

• Other general secretarial duties.

To be successful in the shortlisting for this role, you need to have the following:

• 4 GCSEs grade A-C to include English and Maths

• Experience in a Children’s Social Services office environment
