Job description

An opportunity has become available for a Team Support in Trading Recharge reporting to the Trading Recharge Manager, based at our Avonbank depot in Bristol.

You will need to have at least 4 GCSEs OR equivalent in order to apply. Evidence of your qualifications will be required prior to appointment.

As part of our hybrid working approach and in line with our policy, this role allows you to apply for a mix of office and home working. Hybrid working can only be considered once your initial training is complete and subject to business need.

If you are offered a position, you will be required to successfully complete a basic DBS check that shows any unspent convictions or conditional cautions.

Main Responsibilities
Responding to customer enquiries both verbally and in writing.
Effective communication of customer enquiries to Field Operations and progressing the same enquiries to satisfactory completion for the Customer.
Supporting Field Operations Teams working for Trading Recharge.
The inputting of data into the appropriate data bases and keeping up to date.
Effective use of NGED Finance and Project Management company applications.
To provide administration support for other Team Members as and when required.

The Ideal CandidateYou will liaise with all NGED Operations Teams together with other parts of the business and therefore, you must be able to communicate effectively both verbally, and in writing, with customers and other team members and must be able to represent the company and the Trading Recharge Team positively at all times.

You must be professional, reliable, well organised and able to work on your own as well as part of a small team.  It is important that you are able to work using your own initiative.

Possession of good keyboard skills is essential and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access will be desirable. Full training will be given on the Company applications used including Crown, EMU and E5.
