Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join the company as a Project Manager. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing major aspects of our startup's operations, including supervising IT development works with the team, networking and partnerships, overseeing marketing strategies and commercial applications, and team management.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Supervise software development progress in collaboration with the company's IT head to ensure a smooth flow between marketing strategy and the needs of the company and its partners.
• Project monitoring and management across various tasks and departments, in close collaboration with other managers and partners, to ensure seamless coordination and efficient delivery of all project and separate business development stages.
• Management of project timelines, including setting deadlines for tasks and making adjustments as necessary to ensure success. Prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to various deliverables, ensuring alignment with scope and delivery plan.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and interviews, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Expanding the company's network by establishing and maintaining partnerships with teams and partners to enhance the company's strategic reach.
• Foster strategic partnerships with key market leaders in the industry.
• Manage marketing strategies, including making adjustments for commercial applications, and collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Conducting analysis on workflow optimization, as well as risk management and mitigation strategies.
• To stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative approaches to drive innovation within the company.
• To analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Required experiences and skills:

• Proven 5 years of experience in project management for software-based businesses, preferably in a technology and startup environment.
• At least 3 years of previous experience working on B2B and B2C software based commercial applications.
• Experience with IT development processes, timelines, risks and methodologies.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile project management principles.
• Knowledge in conducting market analysis, identifying trends, and recommending innovative approaches.
• Experience in networking and establishing strategic partnerships.
• Knowledge and previous experience of marketing principles and practices, both B2B and B2C, ability to collaborate with the marketing team and making adjustments to marketing strategies based on market trends and competitor activities.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously, from initiation to completion.
• Strong negotiation skills, combined with proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making, enable fostering collaborative relationships and adapting to changing circumstances.

Advantageous Knowledge or Experience:

• Knowledge or experience in public safety sector or related domains would be advantageous.
• Previous experience conducting market research and analysis in different segments of the digital tech sector, specifically in the UK market, would be advantageous.

Pay: £38,867.55-£50,736.52 per year
