The Role
- Prioritise queries and offer a best-in-class service to clients
- Identification of the cause of queries received
- Provide an in depth and consultative management approach with regards to resolution plans for clients when receiving queries
- Understand the nature of non-support queries and escalate them to the relevant departments internally
- Supporting clients closely on the status of their queries
- Maintaining the support logs in accordance with company policy with all actions updated clearly and efficiently
- Escalating any issues identified during day-to-day activities to Management
Role Requirements
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working within a client facing role
- Have experience within Accounting or Real Estate/ Property is beneficial
- Have worked on project focused roles
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as working on projects as an individual
