Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and inquiries from clients
- Analyze client needs and provide technical solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of technical solutions
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and objectives
- Provide training and support to clients on technical products and services
- Monitor and track client satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues that arise
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Technical Account management or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive projects and initiatives forward
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
