SalaryI am working with a national 5 House Builder who are looking to add to an experienced Administrator to join their close knit, technical team, based from their offices in Warrington on an ongoing temporary position to cover leave.
The role will involve:
- Account queries.
- Searching out paperwork and liaising with other departments for answers
- Data Entry onto the Accounts System (Coins)
- Raising required PO Numbers
- Reconciliation
- Raising and registering invoices
- Completing reports on spreadsheets
- Various Ad Hoc duties
The successful Administrator must have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the House Building Industry.
You must also be IT literate and have experience of using Sage / Coins or a similar Accounts package.
This is a temporary position and the hours are 40-42 per week.
