We are looking for experienced Technical Administrator to join our team. By offering the best advice to our clients, we allow people to take back control of their financial life and are ethical and customer-centric in everything that we do.
Technical Administrator Role:
· Take responsibility for various administrative process within the area of Operations to ensure the smooth and timely running of customer files through the business.
· Maintain accurate input of data for both new and existing customers.
· Manage all workloads in-line with company and legislative requirements.
· Ensure all workloads are acted upon promptly and with attention to detail.
· Liaise with internal departments such as new business compliance, sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Technical Administrator Experience:
· Previous Experience with the Debt Management industry would be desirable.
· Understanding of confidentiality
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Excellent attention to detail skills and ability to solve problems
·Proven ability to work independently and within a team
· Strong IT skills
