We are currently looking for a Technical Author/Validation Engineer to join a Specialist Engineering company based in the Essex region.
As the Technical Author/Validation Engineer, you will be working as part of a team to support Project Managers and Engineering Technicians on a variety of tasks.
The role will initially focus on performing tests on large scale machinery within the factory using pre-prepared test protocols to support the verification process of the machines.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Technical Author/Validation Engineer will be varied, however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Carry out machinery tests using factory test protocols, reporting the outcome of the tests and providing feedback to help improve the testing process.
Working as part of the Documentation department, working closely with Project Managers and Engineering Technicians across various tasks.
Preparing equipment Operator and Technical Manuals in line with the relevant machinery standards and essential Health and Safety requirement for CE or UKCA marking.
Assist Technical Personnel with the review and update of Equipment Design Specifications and Qualification documentation.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Technical Author/Validation Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and history:

Holds an Engineering HNC or above with practical engineering experience.
2.
Proven industry experience within an Engineering environment
3.
A working knowledge and practical experience within an Engineering background
