Are you looking for your next contract role? My client in the Gambling and Gaming sector is looking for a Technical Compliance Manager to join ASAP on an initial 6 month contract.

This role will be working alongside my client's US Compliance Department and will be responsible for ensuring the Group's compliance with state and federal laws and regulations in every US jurisdictions in which the Group operates. You will have a central role in leading change management, product certifications, incident reporting, managing test accounts and back office access and requests and implementing department policies.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Group Licensing obligations
• Coordinating regulatory reporting requirements
• Overseeing compliance audits by regulators and third-parties
• Investigating Technical Compliance issues
• Provide technical guidance and assistance on new products

The experience required for this role includes:

• Prior experience in Technical Compliance roles, preferably within the gaming or gambling industry
• Strong at effectively reviewing, interpreting and communicating complex regulatory matters
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
