We are currently seeking experienced IAM experts in the market to join our fast-growing company working on high-level detailed implementations in the IAM space.

About this role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our highly skilled team in Chester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers in the identity and access management (IAM) and privileged access management (PAM) space, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with the sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint, IIQ/IDN (Identity Now) into client environments
  • Deliver Identity Access Management processes including Recertification, Joiner/Mover/Leavers, Access Request, System Connectors and RBAC
  • Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the client
  • Post-sales requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
  • Working with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance
  • Managing project scope, schedule, status, and documentation
  • Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate implementation partners

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SailPoint experience including enterprise software implementation experience and supporting those systems.
  • Experience with implementing IdentityNow or any other products related to SailPoint Technologies.
  • Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL.
  • Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
  • Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.
  • Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
  • Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).
  • Familiarity with implementing Roles Based Access Controls.
  • Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.
  • Experience with Project Management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation).
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, SAP, ServiceNow, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience connecting to AD, Exchange, Databases, Servers, Mainframes, and Applications.
  • Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans).
  • Experience with software versioning and revision control system a plus.
  • Security software or internal IT audit experience a plus.
