About the Role:
As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing various administrative tasks related to planning conditions, building regulations, energy performance certificates (EPC), coordination of standard assessment procedure (SAP) information, and more. You will work closely with the technical team and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage planning conditions and building regulations compliance
- Oversee the production of energy performance certificates (EPC)
- Collaborate with external consultants to ensure compliance with CML (Council of Mortgage Lenders) requirements
- Coordinate and manage the standard assessment procedure (SAP) information
- Support the technical team in administrative tasks related to house building projects
