Job Introduction
Technical Facilities Coordinator| Permanent | £40,000 - £45,000
As Technical Facilities Coordinator, you’ll be experienced in the delivery of facilities services for a complex site, you will have the ability to manage operational CAPEX budgets and be competent to work to deadlines meeting and exceeding expectations. You’ll have exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and disciplines.

As our next Technical Facilities Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of FM service maintenance and planned asset management for all services within the scope of site services. You will be required to build and deliver a planned and reactive maintenance plan as well as developing and delivering a 5 year asset strategy. You will provide reporting to the head of FM regarding site service FM asset maintenance in terms of quality, service delivery, continuous improvement and cost as well as engaging with external contractors as required for both minor works and CAPEX projects.
The Key Requirements
- Professional qualification in facilities and or project management is desirable
- Proven ability to manage FM projects across multiple disciplines and technical services within an FM function
- Proven ability to plan and manage contractors providing a broad range of services
- Experienced in operating a secure site
- Experience of working in a food environment, BRC/ISO/HACCP is an advantage
