Technical CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
8-5pm - Monday-Friday + 1/3 Saturdays 9-4pm
£25,000 per annum basic + performance bonus/commission monthly= £30-32,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor who enjoys going the extra mile for people and can manage a high volume of inbound calls? Are you able to troubleshoot on the phone and communicate with customers?
Are you looking to join a well established team who can train and develop your skills while working closely in the Customer Service team?
This role may be for you.
The role will entail providing consumer technical and Customer Service issues on the telephone, either giving advice or taking appropriate action as required.
Duties:
- Give consumer technical/service advice on the telephone to customers
- Organise and arrange Service Engineer call-outs as necessary and ensure all information is recorded on the internal systems
- Check previous history on calls and ensure all paperwork is complete
- Upsell to customers where required
- Pursue Engineer/Service Agents where necessary to ensure the customer is contacted within specified times
- Follow-up on problem customers to ensure call-out has been completed and problem solved.
- Recognise and report extreme/genuine complaint cases and escalate to Supervisor is required
- Respond to customer letters/emails providing appropriate technical/service advice
- Check engineer job reports on the computer
We are looking for a well organised individual who can recognise urgency and prioritise as necessary who has proven Customer Service skills.
Full training on the company's processes and system will be provided and you will be working within a supportive busy team, however it is desirable that you have solid Customer Service experience within this field or similar, and the ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls.
