Alexander Lloyd are pleased to partner with an expanding Pension Administration Services based in the North East that are growing their Pensions Implementation Projects Team and are now looking for a Manager to lead this!
This role will require some office attendance as it does involve people management Fortnightly or Monthly attendance may be acceptable depending on the level of candidate.
Defined Benefit Pensions experience is a MUST have.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the team on a 1:1 basis (Team size roughly 5 once fully staffed, you will be involved in the hiring)
- Manage Continuous Process Improvement
- Dealing with complex technical queries
- Projects can include GMP rectifications, Data cleanse, Buy-ins/Buy-outs, De-risking & Manual calculations
