Salary: £20,961.48 to £22,897.29 depending on experience + bonus + benefits

Hours: full time – 37.5h a week (Mon – Fri)
Working as part of the engineering function the role is to ensure all inspections are arranged in a timely manner and the time to authorise repairs is kept to a minimum. To be able to identify if a vehicle is a potential Total Loss and work in line with the ABI code of practice to ensure all Total Losses are categorised correctly and all relevant parties are updated throughout the process.
Daily you will provide an excellent customer experience, liaise with our customers, insurance companies, independent assessors and repairers, regarding authorisation, and to resolve any problems or queries.

• You have previous administrative experience and great attention to details.
• You have strong IT skills and proven negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• You have outstanding telephone manners and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, partners, and suppliers.
• You have the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of the insurance industry and FMG processes.
