What you'll do:
Lead the development of new Java-based features and products
Champion best practices and technical excellence
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap
Own the delivery of high-quality, scalable code
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA)
Stay ahead of the curve with the latest Java and payment technology trends
What you bring:
10+ years of experience as a Java engineer with a proven track record of success
In-depth knowledge of Java, Spring, and AWS
Experience with containerisation technologies like Kubernetes and Docker
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
Passion for innovation and a desire to make a real impact
