Royal London's Group Technology and change function are currently recruiting for a ServiceNow Platform Owner to join the team.
As the ServiceNow Platform Owner, you will be accountable for the ServiceNow Platform and be responsible for supporting with the creation of the overall roadmap, ensuring the platform team are aligned with the business strategy, and identify opportunities to maximise ServiceNow platform value. They will have ownership and oversight of all ServiceNow instances alongside the core platform team.
About the role
- Responsible for the existing ServiceNow modules, vendor management and the technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
- Oversight of incident, problem and change management for the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with Process Owners and specialist teams on methods and tools required to maximise value through the ServiceNow platform, ensuring all capabilities and features are understood.
- Vendor performance management to ensure they are delivering against contractual obligations and SLAs.
- Ensure the team perform against deliverables.
- Build trusting relationships with internal customers and key stakeholders.
About you
- Proven experience in leading platform teams to deliver complex solutions.
- Technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform is essential.
- Experience in managing third party vendors.
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships and influence decision making.
- Strong working knowledge of CMDBs and associated data models.
