Job Title: Technical Lead Configuration Analyst

A Technical Lead Configuration Analyst will use their technical expertise within ServiceNow configuration management to ensure the optimum solution (design, configuration, testing and implementation) of complex changes to existing platforms that meet business and customer requirements.
The successful candidate will be joining a newly formed team and will have the opportunity to drive the configuration management for a range of products and ensure best practise throughout the ServiceNow platform.
About the role
- Provides technical expertise on the configurable capabilities of a ServiceNow platform.
- Configures complex solutions within own area of technical expertise.
- Carries out impact assessment of requested changes to the ServiceNow platform.
- Responsible for ensuring relevant solution designs and configuration designs are in place, in accordance with standards.
- Defining and leading the strategy for the ServiceNow configuration management discipline.
About you
- Has extensive ServiceNow ITOM Visibility experience and experience of working with Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Working knowledge of Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAMP) and Software Asset management Professional (SAMP) would be advantageous however training will be provided.
- Ability to work as part of multiple teams.
- Has broad knowledge of Infrastructure and associated components down to CI level
- Experience of working with automated testing techniques and frameworks including interconnectivity of multiple platforms to ServiceNow.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
