Role - Technical Manager (Management Systems Auditor)
Salary - Competitive, with car allowance and bonus scheme

Russell Taylor group has a brand-new opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join one of the UK's best regarded testing and inspection companies. In this role you will be responsible for system audits for a range of clients across the UK.
The Role
• Deputising for the head of auditor resources as and when required.
• Performing third party audits
• Developing a strategy to support current and potential revenue streams.
• Providing direct line management, monitoring performance, and reporting to the audit team.
• Attending the appropriate forums
• Formulate individual training plans and profile reviews.
• Providing performance reports for staff members
• Providing assistance with technical queries relating to certification schemes within the organisation.
The Person
• Will need to be comfortable travelling for the role - a car allowance will be provided.
• Ideally educated to degree level or have the relevant industrial experience.
• Must have experience working within the certification industry.
• Will ideally have managed a team.
• Good understanding of core Management Systems or supply chain standards.
• Good communication skills, strong motivation with the drive to succeed.
