Technical Operations Engineer

Responsibilities Include:

• Generating PCB designs as necessary, occasionally participating in the prototyping process.
• Aiding in evaluating the feasibility of special product inquiries and specifying components as needed.

• Playing a pivotal role in developing, documenting, and overseeing production testing methods, equipment, and procedures.
• Collaborating with the Laboratory, Design, and Drawing Offices to provide valuable insights into product development and revisions. Offering support in defining component specifications and addressing feasibility challenges.
• Assisting Production during product launches by creating circuits and procedural documentation.
• Working closely with the Technical Customer Services team to tackle intricate site and installation issues, potentially requiring on-site visits.
• Establishing effective communication with suppliers on technical matters, component costs, and practical solutions.
• Introducing innovative systems to enhance day-to-day operations within the Technical Engineering department.
