Platform Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturer of electronic equipment. They are looking to take on a Technical Product Support candidate to provide effective first-line Technical Product Support on their expanding range of products and services.
Key skills & responsibilities:
+ Technical background in electronic products
+ Experience with IT and networks
+ Wireless networks, cloud computing and remote troubleshooting would also be an advantage.
+ Strong communications and problem solving skills.
The salary is offering up to £25k depending on skills and experience, together with an attractive benefits package including early finish on a Friday and increasing holiday entitlement.
