Xbox Game Studios is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to partner with our studios and lead strategic central projects.
We are seeking a candidate that thrives on a challenge of helping deliver AAA and mobile games to market in a fast paced and exciting environment. We are looking for a results-oriented Program Manager who will act as a champion for Xbox Game Studios, providing developer education, technical support, and cultivating our developer community. Desirable candidates will have strong technical and collaboration skills in either game platform and/or game production experience and will work across organizational boundaries in support of the broader Xbox Game Studios organization.
Responsibilities
- Great communication, presentation skills and the ability to work through ambiguity
- Ability to establish and nurture long-term relationships with partners
- Experience in either a Technical Program Manager, Producer or Software Engineering role on mobile platform, game platform or console/pc game products
- Experience of managing game development or game production lifecycles for mobile games, AAA games or console/pc platforms
- Project management leadership experience or production leadership experience with a variety of project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall )
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
