ROLE: Technical Project Manager
LOCATION: Cambridge, UK
SALARY: Negotiable

Responsibilities:
Build trusting relationships both internally with team members/relevant stakeholders and externally with our development partners and suppliers.
Ensure clear definition and alignment of project objectives & success criteria with the Management Team and project team.
Create work breakdown structure (WBS), identifying internal/external dependencies, defining task effort and duration estimates and tracking project schedule.
Manage project performance (e.g. scope, schedule, budget).
Communicate clearly & concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Work very effectively globally, across time-zones & with diverse teams.
Deal well with ambiguity and make high quality data driven decisions.
Orchestrate technical contributors to execute efficiently and effectively.
Develop/publish metrics, dashboards that clearly demonstrate project status.
Contribute to Technical Project Management process improvements.
Requirements:
Knowledge and acumen of semiconductor technologies, RF Modules (including knowledge of Printed Circuit Boards and Laminates).
Experience with Project Management of Software Development and proficiency in Agile Development Tools.
Proven ability to influence and drive cross functional teams without formal authority.
Feel comfortable with ambiguity and starting from "scratch".
Excellent communication skills: the ability to convey ideas in written form and to shore those ideas verbally in a clear concise manner. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Experience in Office 365, including Project Plan/Project Planner or similar tools
High level of partnering, influencing.
Act and anticipate situations and solutions, understanding how individual actions impact overall results.
Be able to work in a fast-paced start/scale up environment.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work for maximum efficiency.
