We are now recruiting for a Technical Sales Support Administrator to join our team!
Technical Sales Administrator – The Role
This role represents the communication interface between the customer, agents, distributors and the company.
It includes all processes covering order and quotation management, enquiries and complaints
As our Technical Sales Administrator you will assume responsibility for:
- Quotations, receipt of RFQ and tender platform and timeline management, coordinate with Technical Sales, engineering and manufacturing; follow up quotations with customers/distributors
- Order management through MS AX and changes driven by manufacturing or the customers
- To initiate regular and systematic telephone follow up of customers and maintain records using the CRM system
- General Office Admin
In order to be successful in this role it's essential you can demonstrate:
- Ability to build excellent rapport with customer to ensure customer satisfaction internally and externally
- Excellent communication skills via email and telephone
- Excellent organisational skills & ability to multi–task & prioritise
- Diligent with regards to quality and timely fulfilment
- Proficient in English
It would be great if you had:
- Practical experience in the field of scientific equipment or other technical equipment
- Any additional language skills should be highlighted
